We have been short of breath for a long time, feeling the suffocating weight of the structures that oppress and condition us. But this suffocation, symbolic of the dust of its forgetfulness and tangible by the pepper spray and the smoke of the machine, is a constant reminder to inhale again and be the breath that knocks down your systems.
This EP, by our Paraguayan brother P. Lopez, is a utopian bubble in these dystopian times, a step to break the - historical - isolation that is felt among independent music makers in our region. In these days of fighting viruses, new and old, organic and systemic, we released another edition of Latin American music that we hope will contribute to another type of infection: the virus of resistance.
All profits will be donated to the Fundación Cultural Colombia Negra.

Each track feels unique, dipping into different styles while retaining Indigenous elements and general Latin American influences. This album is a treat for those wanting to hear experimental electronic music more removed from Western ideology.
The Bandcamp download includes a bonus track that will be appreciated by other Native Americans who also know what's up. Lichen
